There's no Jutsu persay, but there's abilities. They are as follows.

The Kekki Gankia is signified by special eyes and one special hand. the dominant hand of that person will be born with a birthmark if you will. On that hand will be a "tattoo" of the symbol that shows that they are capable of learning the kami no kun. The symbol is a ying yang sign with one side being black and the other being blood red. The eyes turn a gold color. Now there are specific changes with the eyes. This tells what jutsu they are going to use and also the speed they are going to draw at. Inside the color of the eye are up to three "designs" that dictate the speed. Below are the colors/element mixes as well as the numbers and how fast each is. The color affects the speed mind you.~~~~

****NOTE: in limitations are stated the side affects as well as post durations of the eye colors and things like that.****

Black eye:
this is the fastest and most deadly eye of the clan. It's speed is that of more than the naked eye can conceive. At full power the movements will be so fast that the only thing to signify they moved would be the "shink" would of the blade sheathing.

Designs inside this eye:
Eye of the eagle:
In the center of this eye is a white design of an eagle's eye. The design states that the eye is at the first stage of power. With this the user is still visible with the movements but just barely. They would see a blur of steel from the blade but still able to dodge it.

Wings of the eagle:
With this the user is still as fast as before but the sheathing is faster than the eye can see, however, there is still a visible streak from the blade.

Full eagle:
With this it's as fast as possible and takes the most out of the user. The draw and movement of the sword is all faster than the eye can see. Mind you it's just the draw and first attack which IS the draw.
**Note that black centers around the speed of the draw and not an element.**

White eye:
This is all based on not the speed, but what the eye preceves from the outside. using chakra the white eye is mostly like the logical part of the brain inside the eye.

Designs:
Eagle eye:
This stage allows the user to cut through their rank and lower genjutsu and all movements. Now, this does not mean they can move to counter but is like the sharingan by being able to see only what exists in the universe. white with a black eagle eye states that the user can see(only with in eye sight) what's viable and real.

Eagle wings:
This stage allows the user to cut through their rank and lower or at least C rank. This also allows them to see only what's real and viable in the universe. Remember, this does not mean they can simply dodge it but that they can see it coming as they may not be able to dodge it if their speed isn't high enough.

Full eagle:
This will cut through their level or lower genjutsu or at least B rank. However, please note that they can not move out of the way if they are not fast enough, however, they can see it coming. Also, this allows all movements in the visual area of their eye to be seen. no matter what they can see the real movements and even tell the difference from shadow clone from the real deal. This allows for the ability to see perfect detail with in their vision range. So if the person has 20-20 then with in that 20-20 they see every little detail. latterly, Eagle's eye.


Silver eye:
This revolves around the steel release type. This has severe limitations however and is limited to the personal body. Mainly used for Taijutsu or defense. This is stated in the history and the records of the clan to be the last resort of the clan and should be taken heavily and thought before use is implemented. it's also a somewhat forbidden color and only the elders have it. it is unlocked only by an elder infusing the color into the blood line like an Uchiha can with Amaterasu. The cost of using this can be anywhere to paralysis to the loss of life or limb.

Designs:
Eagle eye:
AT this stage it's limited to a hand or foot kind of deal. With this stage it's all based on small areas which allows the use of this to be rather easy going on the body. However, like stated there is a major down side. The time it takes to form the metal skin is instant. However, it takes a little more time to retract the metal. Usually the idea for this is to cover special areas that will be used the most. In this stage it's recommended to be the following areas to be covered at the same time to increase damage however, the cost is defense. Also there is, in this stage, offense and defense stages. first lets talk about offense.

Offense main uses and suggestions(classic usages for offense):

The recommended for the offense is simply this(and this is recommended as used other wise would cause harm to the body by strain.) The fingers of both hands should be covered as well as the top part of the foot. From there the elbows as well as the knee's should be covered. This will allow several thing to happen. Offense attacks will be slightly stronger against inanimate objects by allowing a normal full hard punch to break a standard steel sword or dent a tree if not punch a whole through it. It's limited to these spots due to the fact that if placed over more a wide area the concentration of the steel skin would be less than optimal and may not reach the required power to break that sword or punch through that tree. This leaves open the back, shins, arms, chest, and various places open to attack, hence why it puts all the force into attack.

Defense:
With this it's recommended that you place your power into these places, forearms, upper arms, thighs, and shins(back and front of all these places), or chest (or/and) back. If the chest and back are applied then the useage of reduction is lessened to that of just negating the use of standard taijutsu and kenjutsu attacks (not ones made special or designed to break anything). If used on one or the other then it will break standard swords as well as heavy attacks to be negated(kenjutsu and taijutsu type. Remember flame heats up metal *hint hint* and this does not negate attacks made to break really strong things however, say the back was targed with a strong attack that was made to break things easily, it would reduce the attack from special high to breaking the armor and leaving the damage to a high attack)

Eagle wings:
This stage of the steel is devoted all to defense. It allows the user to cover whole arms and legs (not including hands back or chest/head-except the back of the head) in the steel skin. This means that if the user decides to go this route the defense of the steel is increased a bit to allow standard steel to block most if not all high level kenjutsu and taijutsu attacks. This is limited to the usage of high level attacks and not special attacks such as the "hidden lotus" or "dynamic entry" as seen on the series as they are specially made to deal special danage as it were.

Full eagle:
This is the stage of the skin that deals all with offense. Now, with this it's like defense as it encases the whole foot and hands in the skin. This increases the power of taijutsu. This can break through most armor and things except those made specially to stop attacks. This would be regarded as a "special attack" by the defense and if a full eagle attacked a winged eagle eye, then both the steel would shatter and the attack would register as a normal hit.


Red eye:
this is the eye of raw chakra. Almost like the Hyuuga clan it focuses around the usage of chakra at certain points. However, unlike the Hyuuga clan, the points are limited to the hands and all chakra points on it, as well as the feet and all points on those. This is reguarded as the last stand if you will. The toll of the user matches the toll of the opponent. If they survive this then they are to be bed ridden at least 72 hours IRL.

Eye of the eagle:
Being the first stage the basics is that over a large area(whole hand or whole foot) the attacks of this are not as strong as the Hyuuga clan however, they are able to force their chakra into the points on the opponent. The down side to this as it stands is that the amount of chakra used is rather much. The hands glow a feint red at this stage run the risk of shutting the release points of the user.

Wings of the eagle:
Being the second stage the individual points are usable to release the chakra into the opponent's ports, however, the major down fall is that prolonged usage allows for the deterioration of the user's ports and will cause near fatal injury. At this stage the user also runs the risk of temporarily shutting down the eye for a short time. if pushed beyond the limit of the eye, the eye can shut down for up to the amount of rest needed as well.(72 RH(real hours)) This is shown not only by the eye but also a somewhat visible red glow on the points being used.

Full eagle:
AT this stage the chakra output is equal to a Hyuuga's hands and if fast enough can negate the palms of them as well. However, the problem here is that they take more out of the user. prolonged usage of this stage can cause permanent sealing of this eye color from the user and can never be retrieved. You know this is able to be seen by not only the eye but the very distinct red glow at the hands.

Limitations:

Misc info first:
This is things like changing from eye to eye and things like that. First of all, it takes one post to change from eye to eye. Here is how it works.

First post:
Activated then shut down to change

Second post:
The whole post can not use any eyes except gold

Third post:
Activation and shut down to change-repeat second post and so on.

So you need one full regular post of not having any abilities in the eyes. next is changing from stage to stage inside an eye. It goes a little different than the color changes.

First:
Acticated stage one.

Second/third/fourth:
Can not change color or the count starts over.

Fifth:
Stage two able to be engaged.

Sixth/seventh/Eighth:
Same as second, third, and fourth. Can not change color or you start back at stage one.

Nineth:
Stage three. After stage three you have to wait 3 posts to go to another color. So, for three posts you sit in gold eyes.

That's how you switch from level to level and color to color. Remember, you always start out in gold and with no special design.

P.S: gold is the most common color, there are people with different colors

Black:
This revolves around the use of Kenjutsu only, and to top it off only Kami no kun. This can not be used in conjunction with any other sword style.

White:
This deals with only what the user sees through his eyes. He can not see around him or through anything. He can only see what he can see through his normal eyes, except that every little detail to him is visible. Example being that he could see a bug on a tree. This can not see through mangekyou Sharingan or three tome sharingan doujutsu. However, two and lower yes. Reason being it's like a ranked jutsu(however, it can not see through special kekki genkai illusions. This would be gming a bit, yea? lol)

Silver:
This is limited to the skin only.

Damage limit for skin:

Stage one defense can take a total of one special hit or a total of 10 heavy attacks. 15 medium and of course if you just wail on him with light attacks it's not going to do really anything.

Stage one offense can deal up to one special hit, 10 heavy, 15 medium, and light is really the same for defense too.

The second stage defense is a little different. It can take a total of one special hits, 20 heavy, 25 medium, and well..yea you get the picture. ^^ (in case you don't or want it in writing than just light attacks won't break the armor.) ALSO, the offense has the same number for able to deal the attacks.

Special: 1

Heavy: 20

Medium: 25

light: however many you want. Remember that is stage three, offense.

Red:
This is special as it's all based on post times.

Stage one:
This has the longest post time and can go for at most 25 posts.

Stage two:
Being medium it has a mid sentence and can go a maximum of 12 posts.

Stage three:
This being the final it can go a maximum of 6 posts.

***NOTE:that, for the post counts, that's the maximum total. As in, that's if you pushed it beyond recommended numbers which is two posts below the max.***

Kekkei Genkai:
The KKG is more of manipulating the three stated releases

History and Members
History:
The clan dates back to the forming of Kirigakure. At first, this clan was secret and hidden. A man by the name of Faden Kurokendai founded the clan as an attempt to bring fourth the members and protect their beloved village of the mist. This was their plan at least. Faden grew ill shortly after forming the clan and found great need of a council. So, he created the four elder positions. With this he figured that they would advice him until death. He made one unspoken rule for all members to follow and they all agreed this for the better.

no one, no one person ever, should be in control of the clan. The elders are in control only and that was his final decision. It was literally his final as he died the very next morning. He had a dream to protect the very life of his home and bring together people like him scattered through out the village. They banded together and lived in a small village of their own a few miles away from Kiri. This was so that if Kiri was attacked that their home was safe, able to spawn more of the solders to protect Kiri if ever in need.

The time would come for them to be known one day but until that day they still remain hidden from civilization other than kiri. in the shadows they protected Kiri, and one of the four elders almost always held a swordsman's position. This was due to the fact that it allowed them to not only be in touch with the village through that man/woman, but to also be able to show that they are willing to protect Kirigakure with out hesitation.

Shortly after the creation of the clan one man set out to change it and always opposed Faden. This was his brother. That man was cast from the clan and his eyes forever sealed to gold. After, a new technique was created and placed on all except the elders. It was also removable. It too the form of a tattoo of a circle with a single vertical line through it that signified the ability of the four elders to be able to seal that person's eyes forever. This would not only seal the eyes but alter the genes inside of the person so that their spawns would not carry the eyes ever again. It was created to ween out those who opposed Faden's rulings.

However, due to an unknown problem the last person to show their face to Kiri was Tenji's father who was a swordsman as well. Though they are different in thoughts and feelings they agreed on several things. The main thing was that there was an internal problem with the clan. Tenji was chosen to be the go between for kiri and the clan. Like his father he accepted the weight with out a problem.

The clan agreed long ago, that only one person would be seen from the clan at a time. The followers of Faden's brother were somewhat outraged and all sealed, thus allowed to leave powerless. The other clan members are hidden well and except for the one known to be part of the clan, no one knows the whereabouts or who is even in the clan. Being usually easy to tell just by looking t the eyes, only elders are allowed to bear their golden eyes. The rest of the clan have to conceal them with a technique known as Heiti. This turns their eyes to the color it would have been given the possibility they did not have the clan's genes. (An E.x. would be that Tenji's would be brown{like a normal person})

Dress:
There is a head band that Tenji wears. This headband signifies the top four clan members. The four positions being stated by a Kanji and two of them with a picture.

First Elder:
The first elder being Tenji. wears a bandanna that has the Kanji for one and a Japanese sun rise under the Kanji.

Second Elder:
The second elder has a Japanese sun with out the rays and in the center of the sun is the Kanji for two.

Third:
This simply has the kanji for three on the bandanna.

Fourth:
Just like three it has the kanji for four on the center.

Rest/all garb:
The clan is signified by the standard garb that all of the members except the elders have to ware. The garb consists of black samurai pants, black samurai shirt with a large Japanese sun on the back. They also wear samurai straw sandals and white or black socks. Their swords are usually black like their garb as well as their saya.

Elder specific garb for ceremonies:
For special occasions the elders have to ware special garb. This consists of their clan garb and a few extra things. They have to ware a robe with their Kanji on the back. They also have to wear a special obi that is blood red and a Kanji where a belt buckle would be.

Unique Insignia:
The Kanjis for the four elders over the Japanese sunrise picture. and the Japanese sun rise for everyone else.

Traditions:
The clan members have a few unspoked rules. These are as follows.

Rule One:
The regular clan members must immediately step to the side and bow to an elder who walks in their presence.

Rule Two:
Elder's words are laws, only time this is wrong is if the elder is over ridden by a majority vote of the other three elders.

Rule Three:
The members MUST wear their uniforms. The elders are exempt for a reason of haven worn them during their life before being elder.

Rule Four:
The clan upholds an honor more important to each other and their words(promises) than that of their life. This means simply that, the word of a Kurokendai is worth more than their life to them.(this rule is a should be, as not all will follow it, however, we request that most follow it.)

Traditions concerning Elder-ship:

To become elder several things must be met. First, a spot has to be open, second, the person must under a trial set forth and agreed upon by the remaining elders. This trial will be person specific and will entail facing one's fears as well as a show of courage and wavering of one's personal well being to save the clan and so forth. If these are met then a ceremony is set up and they get inducted as an Elder. There is a RL trial piriod where their vote is not counted so that they get to know the ropes and this is a RL week.

****There are possibilities that there will be added things to traditions as time progresses and things. This is for the clan to decide other IC and things. For now that's all i'm going to put so I don't make it TOO stressful.

I think this clan is as OP as the Tennyson Clan we denied at your suggestion. Why would you suggest us to deny something OP, then post something else just as OP? Denied until the following changes are made:

1) Reduce the number of KKG eyes.
There should never be more than two possible sets of KKG period. It should also be stated that upon learning one of the KKG, the other KKG cannot be learned.

2) Eliminate the Amount of Releases the Clan can use. Too many releases will scare people off. I personally would enjoy fighting someone from the class, but other people would think, FUCK THIS PLACE!!! LOOK AT THAT MO'FO, HE GOT THREE RELEASES BECAUSE OF HIS CLAN. Suggestion for a compromise though, input the amount of words needed to learn each release. Really make the member of the clan work for learning them.

I enjoyed reading this. It gave me a look at how complex your mind works, Leviathan and I know you make the changes necessary in order to keep this clan here. I look forward to fighting the member of the clan.

1) you guys are Bias towards new members. As seen by a lot of stuff, such as how long it took me and Junko to get approved and what not.

2) you guys only look at your "friends" stuff it seems, this site will die because of it

3) The staff is mainly made up of people who have 0 experience in ever handling a site, as shown by half of the stuff that goes on.

4) IF this site actually lasts a bit and gets a little bigger, it'll die anyway because of who's watching the site waiting for it....and finally
