Background Information

ANBU Arc: Not much is known about Ros before he was an Anbu, that was under direct supervision of the Kage. He was put under his supervision as an Anbu at a young age, the age of five in fact. Growing up he followed the Kage everywhere, until the man died two years ago of old age. This is when Ros became the kage.
Kage Arc: Thanks to his training with the kage, and his anbu training Ros spent a lot of time with his people. He would constantly fight at the front line and developed a lot of ties with his people.
