Personality: Generally Shaoni is a pretty silent type, but he's not cold. He prefers being alone, but usually doesn't say no to company, except if he's currently working on something or trying to keep concentration. He enjoys training his dagger skills, being one of the few owners of one of the legendary Okama daggers, and he practices his chakra control daily, which has given him a strong insight. He doesn't say no to a spar, though he doesn't feel he need it as long as he can force his mind to do his will.

Special ability: SEALING - The ability to use his clan seals to seal nearly anything into anything else. Useful for cake-baking when you somehow forget to put in flour!

Strengths: Has a talent for blade-fighting, and for ambush. Also, he can move very quickly, so he's not easy to hit in battle.

create a powerful gust of wind in all directions.

quite powerful gale which can knock over humans and deal some damage.
- C-rank @ Extreme Decapitating Airwaves: A powerful gust of wind is summoned in front of

opponent which causes them to feel attracted to a special point, then when they
get to it, walk back in an endless loop. The effects are removed by Kai or by
realizing what is going on.
- A-rank @ Five Elements Seal: At the cost of sacrificing one of the users own elemental
powers for the remainder of the fight, the user can seal the opponents ability
to use chakra with the body part hit, for example, hitting one hand would make
it unusable for hand signs.
- A-rank @ Chidori Senbon: The user charges a lightning bolt in his hand, then shoots a shower
of electric senbon at the target.
- A-rank @ Sealing Technique: Lion Closing Roar: The user draws a seal on a big scroll, then
shoots it at the opponent. If they are hit by it, they are completely incapiated and
unable to repel chakra from any part of their body.

Background Information
Pre-Academy Arc:
Shaoni Okama lived in the main camp of the Okama in Kusagakure, and was present at the great conquer by the angry Kusa villagers. His best friend helped him escape (He has since forgotten his name), since he was too small to run himself, and they successfully managed to get out of Kusagakure. Few weeks later, after the two had been living alone in a small camp they had built in the forest, the Kusa villagers stumbled across them and took Shaoni's friend captive. They didn't think a child would be much of a problem. Shao fled from the camp, leaving all of his belongings behind. He finally reached Konohagakure, where he was allowed to stay as an Academy Student if he could prove he wasn't just another runaway kid.
Academy Arc:
He was quite skilled as an academy student, often told that he had great talent and that he could possibly become famous one day. He mostly impressed the others with his skill at projectiles and bladed weapons, and already got famous at the academy for the special dagger he had. He had grabbed it from a seemingly dead Kusa villager, who had stolen it from the Okama camp, but he didn't know of it's true power as of then. He didn't have any problems with the Genin exam, and managed it with over average score.
Gennin Arc:
As a genin he continued to impress. He was one of the few who had fully mastered his E-rank jutsu at such a low age (13 at the time), and he was quite proud of himself. He had also taken to practice with his dagger almost daily, because he felt that it was not just any regular old knife. One day as he and some other genin were on a mission, he heard a scream from the forest. The others hadn't noticed, apparently, so he thought he could use this as a good reason to show off a bit. He told the others he'd catch up, just had to do something, and went off. What he saw was a dying Okama. At first, when the Okama noticed his Konohagakure headband, he got terrified, but when he saw the Okama dagger, he was relieved. He explained to the boy that the dagger was one of very few and of the Okama dagger trio. From that day on, he looked more seriously at life, and didn't look for more ways to show off.
Chuunin Arc:
After finishing the Chunin exam at a decent place, he could finally go on the high ranked missions. He still used the dagger as his regular weapon. One day after the daily duties of a Chuunin, he went outside to practice a bit. Backhand swinging the blade through a tree trunk, he suddenly felt a warm flow over his hand. It was as if his chakra was leaking, like when he was using a jutsu. He aimed at the tree, and tried swinging it again, this time several meters away. From the blade erupted a yellow strip of lightning which cut the trunk in two in an instant and without any effort. This was how he started exploring his elemental powers, and learned that he was a Ranton shinobi.
Jounin Arc:
After many years in proud duty as a Chuunin, he was finally approved as a Jounin and assigned a squad, squad 2. He was supposed to train them to become Chuunin, and since he had done it himself so easily, he didn't think they would have any problem doing it, either. He finally managed to get them to their Chuunin rank, albeit slower than he himseld had managed it, and took up a life as protector of Konoha.
